Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it will take approximately 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will take 3 weeks, and shipments to Canada will take 3-4 weeks. Art orders arrive via United Parcel Service. Coin orders arrive via the United States Postal Service.

A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you meet the conditions of our return policy, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department and include this number with the merchandise you are returning. This number insures a rapid and secure refund or exchange of your merchandise.
